The Family Care Team exists to make sure nobody falls through the cracks. So much of what goes on around here happens in a spontaneous way – cards sent, phone calls made, a bouquet of flowers dropped off, hospital visits and meals. All this and much more takes place simply because we are who we are and word of a need gets around.

But we would rather not leave our care and nurture to chance. Those who serve on the Care Team are intentional about their card ministry and the provision of meals. We schedule visits to our shut-ins and arrange for help when help is needed. A listening ear, a word of encouragement, a prayer together and a hot meal – we like to think of ourselves as being Jesus “with skin on” for one another.
